Purposes and legal bases
Technical data may be processed to publish and secure the site, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and establish or protect legal rights, relying on legal obligations and legitimate interests that do not override your fundamental rights under Article 5 KVKK.
Contact data may be processed to answer your request, take pre-contractual steps, perform a service, comply with law and protect legal claims. Non-essential functional content such as Google Maps loads only after your separate, active consent.
How data is collected
Data may be collected electronically through network/server logs, your cookie-panel selection, or information you provide through email and telephone links.
Notice and consent are separate. Reading this notice does not mean that you consent to optional processing; consent is recorded only through an active choice in the cookie panel.
Recipients and international transfers
Data may be shared only as necessary with hosting, cybersecurity, IT support, communications and reservation providers, authorised public bodies, and professional advisers where required by law or to protect rights.
If you allow Google Maps, device and network data may be sent to Google and processed abroad. The map remains blocked until consent. Links to external websites are operated by their providers, who collect data directly under their own notices.
Where an international transfer is involved, the conditions and appropriate safeguards under Article 9 KVKK must be observed. Please review the relevant provider’s privacy notice before using an external service.
Retention and security
The consent record is retained for 180 days. Security logs, correspondence and booking-related records are kept only for the purpose, applicable limitation periods and obligations arising from hotel, tax, consumer and security laws; they are then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Appropriate administrative and technical measures include access controls, secure transport, provider oversight and logging. No internet transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights under Article 11 KVKK
You may ask whether your personal data is processed; request information; learn the purpose and recipients; seek correction, deletion or destruction where conditions apply; request notification of these actions to recipients; object to an adverse automated result; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
How to make a request
Send a request containing enough information to verify your identity and understand the request using a method permitted by the Communiqué on Applications to the Data Controller. Written applications may be sent to Şirinyalı Mahallesi Lara Caddesi No:191 Muratpaşa/Antalya; legally valid electronic applications may be directed to info@aghotels.com.tr.
We respond as soon as possible and no later than 30 days. Do not send unnecessary identity copies, payment data or sensitive data by ordinary email.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice and the cookie inventory when a new form, analytics tool, advertising technology or third-party feature is added. Materially new purposes or legal bases will be separately explained and, where required, new consent will be requested.
